Our team is made de up of seasoned professionals, project organisers and advisers with varying backgrounds in education and business. Our passion is to introduce fresh perspectives and ideas to those who need a helping hand. Providing schools, programmes and other organisations with quick solutions isn't all we do... we also anticipate the need for long-term success! We work side by side with students, teachers and staff. Not just because it's fun, it's also the only way to ensure that our projects stay unique, make sense, and only work for them.
reCourse was born from the collaborative spirit of Synarchy, a collective that takes on any shape it needs to, to provide solutions. Our network makes facilitating projects of any shape or size a breeze! To Synarchy, reCourse has become our portal to open knowledge exchange, innovative thinking and strategic partnership in education.

After years spent managing recruitment for Hogeschool Inholland's tech-ICT programme clusters, Dimitri decided to shift gears and focus his efforts on per-programme consultancy. This allowed him to get to know students and staff on a much deeper level, adding layers to his strategies which changed their impact completely.
After a series of successful projects helping programmes in various different fields, he went on to define a new, flexible method for him and his partners. This widened their reach and enabled them to spread recruitment practices to more and more programmes internationally. Although officially quite young, 'reCourse' represents a work methodology which was active long before the brand came to be.
On top of founding reCourse, stemming from the same ambition, Dimitri teamed up with his partners to create Synarchy: an environment built around smart collaboration, that allows anyone who is part of it to gain flexible access to experts, expertise & experienced partners anywhere, any time.

Armed with more than 20 years of experience as communication advisor and project manager within higher education, Jacqueline knows how to structure our internal processes, ensuring a seamless organisation and rapid efficiency. Jacqueline's expertise lies in the development of user-friendly educational materials and sets of tools and content that enhance our mainCourse projects. She also plays a significant role in the development of the eCourse Library.
Her versatile contribution is showcased through the development of various lesson materials for eCourse. Moreover, Jacqueline's proficiency as an accomplished copywriter, specialising in creating engaging Dutch content suitable for students, has enhanced numerous programmes.

Liz Long manages our on-site educational projects, and is the driving force behind many of reCourse's successful initiatives. As project manager, she plays a pivotal role in guiding programmes through the mainCourse journey. Liz's deep understanding of student dynamics is reflected in her past achievements, from conducting insightful student interviews to developing engaging promotional teams and organising student-centred photography and video productions. Her hands-on approach in Full Deep Dive projects fosters strong connections with programme teams and students, making sure our strategies resonate with the programmes' learning environment and expectations.
Additionally, Liz's talent in English copywriting brings clarity and persuasiveness to our communications, further enhancing our projects' success!
