"Building a trustworthy global network of agents, partners & schools"

About the project

Irina, our external adviser on retention and international recruitment, is responsible for setting up Inholland University's International Recruitment Office. Its purpose is to drive quality recruitment through partners and self-organised activities abroad. She began by defining the unique strengths and areas for improvement behind the school's international programmes. By gathering insights from experienced education experts, she helped lay a robust foundation that served to create her team's international recruitment strategy.

Programme Identification

To assess and refine the school's value proposition, she employed focus groups made up of prospective students from varying backgrounds. Their feedback was pivotal in shaping short, mid, and long-term strategies, helping the school enhance its online presence and overall appeal towards international students.

Market
Exploration

With a plan in place, establishing a reliable network of international partners became Irina's most important objective. By fostering international relations, she enhanced her programme's visibility and solidified the school's reputation as a preferred study destination for those that matched all of the school's English-taught programmes.
